Higher Educational Institutions in Russia have certain Rules
and Regulations that all students are expected to follow. Listed
below are some of these for the guidance of the students.

The payment of Tuition Fees for the first year
of study shall be made prior to the student’s departure
for Russia, in accordance with the instructions issued by the
university. Such instructions may require the fees to be either
wire transferred directly to the university, or paid in Indian
Rupees in India to their Authorized Representative M/S A J Trust
Educational Consultancy, who will do the further needful. For
subsequent years, the fees may be paid in India in Indian Rupees
to A J Trust Educational Consultancy, or directly at the university,
within the due dates as specified by the university. Late payment
of fees will attract penalty such as fines or in extreme cases
expulsion. The fees are payable to the university in Rubles
at the rate of exchange prevailing on the date of payment of
the fees, as announced by the Central Bank of Russia, or in
some cases as specified by the university. The Dollar / Euro
or any other rates quoted are for the information and guidance
of the student only.

Tuition fees or any other charges paid to the
university for educational purpose will not be refunded under
any circumstances, including for failure to complete the course
or any semester on health grounds or expulsion from the university
for any reason whatsoever. In case where the discontinuation
of studies due to health reasons is of a temporary nature, the
university reserves the right, entirely at its own discretion,
to provide academic leave to the student, with the right of
admission to the same course at a later date.

The university reserves the right to expel,
suspend or cancel the students admission without any advance
information and without any refund / compensation in case the
studies are not satisfactory or the student is found indulging
in any activity or behaviour which is against the rules and
regulations of the university or the country.

The university reserves the right to levy fines
or expel a student as a deterrent from committing any breach
of the rules of attendance, non conformance to the hostel regulations,
unruly behaviour resulting in damage to furniture & fittings
in the university or the hostel, consumption of drugs, indulging
in ragging etc.
